JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE
How does the League Function?
Aces Junior Golf League is a fun way to introduce junior players to competitive golf. The League is open to all members Silver and Gold Level Students. The League is a team competition, where students will play in a scramble format. Parents are encouraged to watch the matches and forecaddy for groups. Forecaddies can spot balls, help with rules options, and help with any public knowledge of the course. Parents are not allowed to solicit advice or be involved in the match in anyway other than forecaddies. The League will be held on Fridays with the first tee time at 4:30pm.
This low-pressure format is designed to encourage players to compete with proper golf etiquette and sportsmanship.
Each team vs. team competition in Aces Junior Golf League consists of 6, 9-hole matches. Each 9-hole match is broken down into three 3-hole segments that we call “Match Points”. Actual “Match Points” are awarded to teams upon capturing a 3-hole point. At the end of the league the Team with the most total points will be the Aces Junior League Champions!
